Robyn Hardy

I am an HR leader and have worked in the tech space for a Fortune 500 company for over 20 years. I’ve found the balance between work and life and now…coaching! It’s possible to do it all and enjoy it all.

I was working really hard just a few years ago, super driven, but after meeting a colleague who had gone through the iPEC Coaching Training Program, my entire outlook on life and my career changed.

Her calm approach to everything at work was electrifying.

I wanted to understand how she remained balanced and so resilient, and she told me about the coaching program. I became a student of coaching and mindfulness and balance appeared in my life again. I am a self-motivated transformational leader and my goal is to help unleash the potential in people to reignite the passion within them.

I can be a great mom, work full-time, coach, make green smoothies, work out, and not feel guilty about any of it, because there is time for all of it.

I’m living the balance.

Incorporating mindfulness and balance into my daily routine is key. I love nature, hiking or a long walk and in my free time, I enjoy doing cross fit, playing softball or practicing yoga. I love to cook, learn new recipes, and randomly sing show tunes off-key.

I also enjoy volunteering my time with a host of mentees and organizations. I am active in my local community dedicating time and resources to underserved populations participating in soup kitchens, career coaching, and mentoring.
