As a seasoned HR leader with over 25 years of experience in the tech industry, I have dedicated my career to empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their fullest potential. My journey has led me to discover the transformative power of coaching, and I am passionate about helping others find their own balance between work and life.
My own transformative experience began a few years ago when I completed the iPEC Coaching Training Program. Through this journey, I embraced mindfulness and learned how to integrate balance into my daily life. Now, I am committed to sharing these insights with others.
